2. Data collected through the contact form
When you use the contact form, we may process your first name, surname, email address, phone number and the content of your message. Your IP address is not included in the email sent to Drilldeck.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and pre-contractual steps: we process your data to respond to your enquiry and, where it relates to a potential project, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- Business communications and enquiry management: where appropriate, we rely on our legitimate interests to manage communications, organise enquiries and protect the business against misuse.
- Google Ads / conversion measurement: Google Ads conversion measurement is activated only after you consent through the cookie settings. You can withdraw your consent at any time through “Cookie Settings”.
- Form security: Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect against spam and automated or malicious submissions.
4. Recipients and service providers
Data may be accessed, where necessary, by providers of hosting, email, website security and technical support. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the contact form. Google Ads is used for advertising measurement only after consent.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Some technical providers, including Google and Cloudflare, operate internationally and may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the mechanisms and safeguards provided by applicable law and the relevant providers’ contractual terms apply.
6. Retention period
Contact enquiries are kept only for as long as necessary to respond and follow up. If an enquiry leads to a business relationship or transaction, relevant records may be retained for as long as required by applicable tax, accounting or other legal obligations. Cookie preferences are stored on your device for up to 6 months, after which you are asked to choose again.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Preferences selected through the accessibility tool (for example larger text or high contrast) are stored only locally on your device so they persist while browsing. They are not used for advertising targeting.
